Therapy is never “one size fits all.” My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual. Your experiences, history, and needs are unique, so we work collaboratively to find the style and pace that feel right for you. My goal is to create an experience that feels safe, empowering, and transformative.

Who I Work With

I specialise in helping individuals who have faced trauma, especially in childhood, and those experiencing relational difficulties, low self-esteem, or challenges with creative flow. I also provide support during major life transitions such as relocation, divorce, welcoming a new child, and bereavement.

In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples experiencing intimacy challenges, infidelity, and communication breakdowns. It’s deeply rewarding to see couples reconnect and rediscover trust and closeness through this work.

Whether working with individuals, couples, families, or children, I am continually inspired by the courage and resilience of my clients. It’s a privilege to hear your story and be trusted to walk alongside you toward the change you seek.

Areas of Support

I offer a range of therapy services to meet different needs:

  • Anxiety & Stress Counselling

  • Trauma & PTSD Therapy

  • Depression & Low Mood Support

  • ADHD & Neurodivergent Support

  • LGBTQ+ Affirming Counselling

  • Grief & Loss Therapy

  • Self-Esteem & Confidence Counselling

A Note on My Practice

I now run my own independent practice, separate from any previous affiliations. This allows me to offer a more personalised, focused service for each client. If you’ve worked with me in the past through another organisation, please know you can continue your journey with me here.

If you feel I could support you, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out today and take that first step.

Thank you for your interest in therapy and for taking this important step toward change.

I believe that every personal attempt to deepen understanding is a dedication to society as a whole. Choosing therapy is a courageous act, and I’m here to support you with care, respect, and a collaborative approach.

My Approach

I work through the lens of compassionate acceptance. We all develop coping mechanisms, some helpful, some less so, that allow us to survive and navigate life. These strategies have brought you to where you are today, and I honour them as evidence of resilience. Together, we can explore which patterns are still serving you, and which might be gently released so you can move forward.

I am trained in several therapeutic disciplines, including:

  • Trauma-focused therapy

  • Grief counselling

  • EMDR and somatic integration

  • Attachment theory

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Alongside these, I bring over 20 years of yoga and meditation practice and teaching experience, which often enriches the therapeutic process, helping you develop deeper self-awareness and grounding.
